Digital Books and Audio Files
All sales of digital books and audio files from Helen White Wolf.com are final. Due to the nature of downloadable and digital content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.

 

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at contact@helenwhitewolf.com within 7 days of your order. We will work to resolve the problem. 
 

 

Online Courses
We offer a refund period of 7 days from date-of-purchase for our online programmes. This allows you time to look inside the course, and consider its quality, scope, and suitability for your needs. If you feel the programme is not a good fit for you, your contribution will be refunded in full at your request by emailing us within 7 days at contact@helenwhitewolf.com
