Soul Coherence Therapy
& Coaching

  • What happens in a Soul Coherence Session?
A Soul Coherence Session offers the combined benefits of healing with subtle light, non-dual psychotherapy processes, and guided meditation. Through the blend of these practices, awareness of your true nature is increased, and the conditioning imprinted in your mind-body field is progressively transformed. Sessions may include eye movement therapy, meridian therapy, and affirmation practices to support integration.
  • How many sessions will I need?
Soul Coherence Therapy and Coaching work very deeply, and it is best to allow adequate time between sessions for integration. In most instances, sessions can be comfortably spaced between two and four weeks apart. The number of sessions needed differs between people. Generally, it is advisable to commit to a short series of sessions in order to bring about lasting effects. The greatest benefit is obtained through using sessions to support your own self-directed practice. The healing that takes place in Soul Coherence Therapy and Coaching sessions sets in motion profound changes in your mind-body field. For these changes to be fully integrated, it works best to practice Meditation with Light and engage in self-healing processes at home between your sessions. Ultimately the more you are able to practice outside of sessions, the fewer sessions you will require. Please Note: The sessions are not suitable if you require a high-degree of therapeutic support, have been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition, are dealing with a substance addiction, or are in a crisis situation. In these instances, it is advisable to seek assistance from agencies that specialise in these areas.
  • What is the fee per session?
The fee for the two-hour session is £144, excluding sales tax, or VAT. Currently tax applies only to clients in the UK.
  • How long is a Soul Coherence Session?
A Soul Coherence session is two hours in length. This allows plenty of time for you to settle into the session, enter into a deep process, and transition back to daily awareness.
  • What is the difference between a Soul Coherence Therapy Session, and a Coaching Session?
Soul Coherence Therapy sessions are oriented towards the healing of trauma, and the cultivation of the feeling of safety, which acts as a foundation for transformative process. Therapy sessions offer a space in which you can meet the feelings in your inner world, learn to approach yourself with kindness, and gain confidence in your capacity to safely process your inner experience. Soul Coherence Coaching sessions focus on increasing your sense of inner autonomy, and agency. They enhance your connection with the felt-sense of spiritual sovereignty, and deepen your recognition of the power of choice that you hold in your life experience. Through Soul Coherence Coaching, you learn to sustain a spacious and luminous space of awareness, and to create your life through the light of your own love. Although a Soul Coherence session can be a blend of Therapy and Coaching, in the early stages of trauma healing the therapeutic aspect is usually emphasised.
  • Earth Healing: Light Transmission Meditation
I first learned Earth Healing Meditation back in the 1980's, with Danish teacher Ananda Tara Shan. Participating in this remarkable and dynamic planetary-level group process over many years changed my perception of reality and my vision of what is possible when people gather together with compassionate intention. The practice focuses on the transmission of light, from a place of attunement to supraconscious awareness, for the benefit of all life on the planet. It is performed in a group context, with participants sitting and standing at intervals throughout the meditation, serving as a radiant and unified field of love.
  • The Silent Minute
During WWII a collective contemplative process known as the 'Silent Minute' was initiated in Britain by Wellesley Tudor Pole. Inspired by an inner spiritual directive, and with the support of the King and Winston Churchill, a national minute of silent reflection was established, timed for 9pm each day. This practice, which focused on the 'intention that peace prevail', was instituted during the 'Blitz', when the country was suffering heavy bombing and facing an imminent Nazi invasion. It was anecdotally recorded that a high Nazi official, when later asked during interrogation why he thought they had lost the war, replied “During the war, you had a secret weapon for which we could find no counter measure, which we did not understand, but it was very powerful. It was associated with the striking of the Big Ben each evening. I believe you called it the ‘Silent Minute." The practice continues today through the ongoing work of a UK charitable trust established for this purpose. • Practicing Presence: Joel Goldsmith
Joel Goldsmith (March 10, 1892 – June 17, 1964) was a contemporary spiritual teacher, mystic, healer, author, and founder of The Infinite Way movement. His recommendations for practice focused on gentle and repeated contemplations of the state of union with divine consciousness, which he called Practicing the Presence. Detailed information on his approach can be found at https://www.goldsmithglobal.org A helpful introductory PDF titled How to Practice the Presence is available from their website.

  • Module 7: Contemplations of Love
We enter into an immersive contemplation on the qualities of love, continuing and expanding upon the work we began in Module 2. Our deep experiential journey into the atmospheres, attitudes, and textures of the qualities of love, forms the foundation for the blessing practices we will explore in the next module.
  • Module 2: The Qualities of Love-Light-Essence
This module explores the qualities of awareness at the heart of contemplative practice. We visit the four vibrational cornerstones of embodied love-awareness: courage, compassion, joy, and peace, and their expressions in the qualities of gratitude, kindness, certainty, and reverence. We learn how to take the 'inner actions' that allow us to connect with a deeper sense of embodied 'being', and we enter into deepening resonance with the field of our own love-light-essence.
  • Module 9: Establishing your Practice
This module looks at how to establish a continuing practice of contemplation and blessing, and integrate it seamlessly into our daily lives. We consider the depth and scope of the shifts being set in motion through our practice, and we reflect on how we can best navigate the process of change.
  • Module 6: The Neurobiology of the Practice
In this module we take a look at the neurobiological aspects of spiritual practice, with a focus on the significance of repetition, duration, intensity, and elevation. We heighten our understanding of the 'why' behind contemplative meditation and blessing, and we practice the 'how' - learning to engage in our process in a way that brings about lasting transformation in the substance of our mind-body field.
  • Module 5: The Safe Space of True Nature
The felt sense of safety is an essential element of spiritual practice. In this module we discover how to connect with the sense of existential safety which arises from beyond space, matter, and time. We practice leaning with intention into the most compassionate space we can hold for ourselves, opening the door to the Self that has never suffered, has never been born, and never dies. We recognise this infinity of being as the rock upon which we 'build our house'.
  • Module 10: Frequently Asked Questions
The final module of the programme answers commonly asked questions about the practice of contemplation and blessing.
  • Module 4: Forgiveness
In this module we journey deeply with the quality of forgiveness, illuminating its role as our doorway to freedom. We touch the sands of the sometimes distant shore of mercy, and contemplate the invitation to fully release our hold on the past, bringing to an end all the suffering of time. Forgiveness and mercy represent a monumental extension of the world of the real into the world of suffering. They require a complete shift in how we relate to the human experience. We explore what this means for us through practices that highlight compassion for ourselves, as well as the world around us.
  • Module 1: Introduction
Module 1 provides an overview of the course, and the content we will cover along the way. Modules 2-9 each contain a series of lessons related to particular aspects of the practice of contemplation and blessing. In this introductory module, we preview the themes of these lessons and establish our orientation to the practice as a whole.
  • Module 8: The Art of Blessing
We practice the attitude of extending blessing to ourselves and the world around us, intending good for all life. In a process that parallels the 'metta' or 'loving kindness' practice in buddhism, and the intercessory prayer practices found in many spiritual traditions, we direct our compassionate attention, and articulate our intention for healing and restoration. As we do this, the atmosphere of blessing encompasses and surrounds us. The 'world of appearances' comes back into harmony with the reality of infinite consciousness. Miracles are given the space to unfold, and the activity of grace enters our life.
  • Module 3: Unifying the Split Mind
In this module we explore the characteristics of the state known as the 'split mind', taking a close look at the 'errors of perception' that underpin the experience of suffering. We reflect on how these influences express in our mind-body field, affecting the way the world appears to us, and how we can transform them through the clarity and compassion of our true nature.

  • Module 7: Shifting Awareness
When we meditate in coherence with our Soul, and we receive transmissions of love-light-awareness, the substance of our mind-body field goes through major changes. The lessons in Module 7 explore this dynamic process. We look at the stages of expansion, immersion, and integration/stabilisation in detail, and we also explore the process from an emotional and mental perspective. We discuss common 'symptoms' encountered by meditators, and address how they can be resolved. These include: the stirring of samskaras, disorientation, disengagement from life, increasing sensitivity (empathic response), radical expansions of perception, waves of emotional release, and spontaneous recall of present and past life memories. Particular attention is given to the subject of trauma: how to safely process the stored energy of trauma, and how we can use Soul and Light meditation as an integral tool on our healing journey.
  • Module 3: Approaching Your Practice
In Module 3 we explore how our emotional and mental habits impact our meditation practice, and dispel some of the most commonly held myths around meditation. We address issues such as performance anxiety, dealing with the 'monkey mind', mirroring vs authentic practice, and the relevance of physical posture. We begin an exploration of our personal baseline resting state, noticing the textures, emotions, thoughts, attitudes and atmospheres that we bring to meditation. These are expressed through the pictures we hold, the sensations in our body, and the thoughts we think. We learn to identify our self-protective and adaptive reactions, which appear coalesced in the form of our 'ego' identity. We explore what it means to consciously relax this 'defended self'.
  • Module 5: The Neurobiology of Meditation
In this module we take a look at the neurobiological aspects of Meditation with Soul and Light, with a focus on the significance of repetition, duration, intensity, and elevation. We discuss how this practice provides the inputs needed to catalyse profound change.
  • Module 4: Breath and Body Awareness
In this module we begin our deep dive into embodied meditation practice, exploring the dynamics of the 'felt sense' in the body, breath awareness, and breathing modulation. We practice what it means to create safe space for ourselves, and we engage in gentle and supportive processes that open us more deeply to our innate sensitivity and aliveness. We learn how to stay present and kind with what arises in our mind-body field during meditation, and we develop a self-regulation skillset useful for handling the stresses of daily life.
  • Module 8: Soul Infusion Meditation
Module 8 is the course practicum for Soul infusion meditation. You will learn how to come into resonance with your Soul through a series of guided exercises, including an 'emanation' practice working horizontally with your column of light, a 'waterfall' practice for expanding awareness in the upper hemisphere of your mind-body field, and a 'fountain' practice for bringing about expansions within the lower hemisphere of your field.
  • Module 1: Introduction
Module 1 provides an overview of the course, and the content we will cover along the way. Modules 2-9 each comprise a sequence of lessons related to particular aspects of Meditation with Soul and Light. In this introductory module, we preview the themes of these lessons and establish our approach to the practice as a whole.
  • Module 2: Inner Inquiry
In the second module we explore the nature and purpose of meditation, and the key elements that form the foundation of an effective practice. We learn how intention informs our meditative experience, and shapes outcomes, and we reflect upon what we are personally seeking from our practice. We begin the process of sitting still, and turning our attention towards our inner light, releasing the concepts we hold about ourselves and the world around us. We discover the space of unconditional awareness that exists within us, formless, compassionate, and filled with potential.
  • Module 6: Exploring Your Mind-Body Field
In this module, we discuss the structure and dynamics of the mind-body field, including our chakra system, subtle energy bodies, the column of light, the three spaces of consciousness, and torus flow. Through study, inner journeying, and journaling, we come to a greater understanding of the many levels of perception available to us in the human experience.
  • Module 9: Meditating with Transmissions of Light
This module is the course practicum for meditation with transmissions of light. We discuss the healing properties of the various hues of non-physical light, and explore them in a series of guided meditations. Through supported practice, you learn how to attune to, and receive, these transmissions of universal love-light-essence.
  • Module 10: Frequently Asked Questions
The final module of the programme addresses commonly asked questions about Meditation with Soul and Light.

  • What happens in a Soul Insight Session?
Soul Insight Sessions explore the key emotional and mental imprints that are affecting your life, and offer suggestions for resolving them through transformative practices. The session includes intuitive observation of your causal field using subtle sensory perception, and a discussion of the patterns you have brought into this lifetime. This may involve personal samskaras, ancestral influences, and epigenetic trauma carried in your mind-body field. As part of a Soul Insight Session, you will discover more about the intentions you have set in place for this lifetime, and how these have emerged from your experiences in the past. These sessions are designed to support your journey of personal transformation and spiritual awakening, and they work in tandem with self-help practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and yoga.
  • How long is a Soul Insight Session?
A Soul Insight Session is two hours in length. It includes a meditative attunement, subtle sensory causal reading, the opportunity to ask questions, and an outline of the practices and approach that will be most useful for your personal process.
  • How many Soul Insight Sessions will I need?
Usually only one Soul Insight Session is needed, although there may be situations in which a later review is helpful. This might be the case after you have engaged in several years of transformative practice.
  • What is the fee for a Soul Insight Session?
The fee for the two-hour session is £195, excluding sales tax, or VAT. Currently tax applies only to clients in the UK.

Soul Insight Sessions are offered internationally via Zoom. In-person sessions are also available during teaching tours (UK and Australia).
